On March 14, 2020, the State of Georgia postponed the Presidential primary until May 19, 2020 because of the seriousness of the Corona virus.This date will coincide with our own state primary. If you already voted in the Presidential primary, your vote will be counted and you will not see the Presidential preference on your ballot, but only the state primary candidates. If you have not voted in the March primary, you will see both the Presidential preference and state primary candidates.
This election delay is unprecedented, but the health and safety of the citizens of Georgia and the country is and always will be priority number one. Please continue to follow public health directives regarding how to best fight against this pandemic.
