SB 362 which bans Georgia businesses from voluntarily recognizing a unions is one awful bill and does nothing to make Georgia #1 for Business. This bill keeps any business that recognizes a union from getting any state subsidies.
Companies like AT&T and UPS already have contracted unions and now those companies will not have any incentives to do anything in the state of Georgia. The state of Georgia should let businesses make their own decisions about workers.
Please contact the Governor Kemp and ask him to veto the bill when it comes across his desk.
