This week is called qualifying week and it is when candidates file their paperwork with intent to run for public office.
This is the first year I will not be handing in any paperwork to qualify. I have had the honor of serving the 109th House District in Georgia for 13 wonderful years and it is time for me to step aside and allow for new leadership for our district.
