Legislators Hold Press Conference to Discuss Gwinnett Transit Resolution

ATLANTA – State Representative Pedro Marin (D-Duluth), along with Representatives Karen Bennett (D-Stone Mountain), Hugh Floyd (D-Norcross), Scott Holcomb (D-Atlanta), Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), and Dewey McClain (D-Lawrenceville) will hold a press conference on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 12 p.m. in Room 610 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building (CLOB) in Atlanta.

The topic of the press conference will be House Resolution 1033, which calls for the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners to address the county’s transportations issues. HR 1033 also requests open discussion between the commissioners and citizens on mass transit for the county.
