May 2026 Primaries Early Voting

Early voting for the 2026 Primaries starts next week, Monday, April 27, 2026. Voters will select candidates for statewide offices, such as Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Labor Commissioner, other Constitutional Officers, Judges, and Congressional Candidates.

As you may have heard, I am not running for re-election in 2026 There are two well-qualified candidates running for the nomination to replace me in Georgia House District 109. House District 109 belongs to the people that live in it. I ask each of you to check both of them out, beforg giving either consideration for your vote during early voting starting next week or election day on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Absentee Voting application period – March 2 , 2026– May 8, 2026

Early Voting – April 27, 2026 – May 15, 2026
