The best solution for Georgia is to expand Medicaid.
But Brian Kemp does not want to do this. His solution is to have Medicaid Waivers. Kemp’s solution is the more expensive solution which does not cover the 500,000 Georgians who are currently uninsured. In other words, it COSTS MORE, but DOES LESS.
